Project one

This project tells the story of my childhood, in which my niece fulfills the role of my alter ego. As a starting point I used my dads archival images, later I mixed those with my own images to reference them. I took my niece to places that were important to me during that time and rediscovered them with her. Play and adventure were key elements within my work method. Important people from my childhood provide more structure to tell the story and add an extra layer.
